**Pre-Order Policy Agreement**

**1. Introduction**
This Pre-Order Policy Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the pre-ordering process for products offered by Ar’Re. By placing a pre-order, you (“The Consumer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

**2. Pre-Order Process**
- Customers may place pre-orders for upcoming products listed on the Company's website or through authorized channels.
- Pre-order availability, pricing, and estimated delivery dates are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

**3. Payment**
- Payment is required in full at the time of pre-order placement.
- All pre-order payments are final and non-re fundable, except as provided in the Company's cancellation policy.

**4. Cancellation**
- Customers may cancel their pre-order within 10 days of placing the order for a full refund.
- After the specified cancellation period, pre-order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of order total.
- In the event that the Company is unable to fulfill the pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances such as production issues, supplier delays, or other factors beyond the Company's control, Customers will be entitled to a full refund without incurring any cancellation fees.

**5. Product Availability**
- Pre-order availability is subject to change based on manufacturing timelines, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to fulfill pre-orders in a timely manner but does not guarantee availability on a specific date.

**6. Delivery**
- The Company will notify Customers of estimated delivery dates for pre-ordered products.
- Delays in manufacturing or shipping may impact delivery timelines, and the Company is not liable for such delays.

- The pre-order period ends on May 20th, 2024.
- Production for bags will commence once all orders have been received.
- Orders will ship out starting mid-July 2024.
- Customers will be notified of any delays or changes to the estimated delivery timeline.
 

**7. Changes and Updates**
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to product specifications, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
- Customers will be notified of any significant changes or updates to their pre-order.

**8. Limitation of Liability**
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pre-ordering or the delay or inability to deliver pre-ordered products.

**9. Governing Law**
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan.

**10. Acceptance**
- By placing a pre-order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
